Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform basic account reconciliations, including bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process and verify invoices to ensure accurate data entry into the accounting software.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
- Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with general ledger activities and month-end close procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in number crunching.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is helpful but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
