Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and maintaining financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and preparing bank statements.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Support the senior accounting team with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and tax filings.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of mathematics and accounting principles is preferred but training is provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
