What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform general ledger entries and maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records.
- Support the senior accounting team with data analysis, reporting, and special projects.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new software systems.
