What You Will Do
As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in our daily financial operations, learning essential skills that will set you up for a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the senior accounting team with data entry and basic financial analysis.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong basic math skills and understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
