Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve internal controls and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or recent graduation with an internship.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
