Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process by gathering necessary data.
- Organize and file financial documents, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and budget summaries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
