Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform month-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies for resolution.
- Support the audit process by preparing required documentation and schedules.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong foundation in accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
