Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing trial balances and reconciling bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and budgets.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- File and maintain accounting documentation and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
