Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger accounts.
  • Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by compiling data and preparing reports.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, for management review.
