The Role:
As our Entry Level Accountant, you will be the backbone of our daily financial operations. We are looking for someone eager to learn and capable of handling complex financial data with precision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Support the audit process by collecting and organizing financial documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of the general ledger system.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll documentation and tax filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
