Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts under supervision.
- Process payroll transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the internal audit process and document controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting (internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
