Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with basic tax preparation and compliance filings.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship completed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
