Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing of daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and timely.
- Organize and archive financial documents and records.
- Assist the senior accounting team with special projects and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
