In this role, you will support the senior accounting team in various day-to-day operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the tax preparation process by gathering necessary data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Basic understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
