Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Support month-end closing procedures under supervision
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry and maintain organized accounting records
- Learn and apply QuickBooks and accounting software operations
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding basic financial inquiries
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
