- Secure partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion agile methodologies and rapid prototyping processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Startup methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
