Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process payroll using [Software Name] and ensure tax filings are accurate and timely.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and basic tax preparation (1099s, W-2s).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
