Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings
- Assist in payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and tax codes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
