Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage garnishment processing
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns (941/940)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for management and HR teams
- Coordinate annual W-2 distribution and year-end processing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, multi-state tax laws, and garnishment rules
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping integration
- Proven problem-solving and attention to detail
