- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union payments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Deep understanding of FLSA and multi-state tax laws
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to start within 5-7 days
