Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CO, multi-state)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union contributions
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099) and audits
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Multi-state payroll compliance expertise (CO, CA, TX preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS platforms
- FPC or CPP certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
