Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees semi-monthly
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings compliance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now system for payroll processing
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in multi-state tax regulations (AZ, CA, TX)
- Associate degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidential employee information
