Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099) and payroll audits
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll reporting systems
- Knowledge of FLSA, FL state labor laws, and multi-state compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
