Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure federal, state, and local tax compliance and filing
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support HR with time-off tracking and employee payroll inquiries
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external auditors
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Deep understanding of FLSA, DOL, and AZ labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Proven problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and high volume
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
