Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Lead payroll system optimization projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and garnishment processing
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving abilities for complex payroll issues
