Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions across multiple states
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and journal entries in SAP
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Collaborate with HR on benefits enrollment and 401(k) administration
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax laws and garnishment rules
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Experience with SAP HR modules
