Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for US employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees
- Prepare monthly payroll reports for finance leadership
- Collaborate with HR on employee data maintenance
- Support year-end tax processing and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now or similar system proficiency
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, NJ labor laws, and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
