Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and employee data
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms
- Familiarity with FLSA, AZ labor laws, and multi-state payroll
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
