Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately for hourly/salaried employees
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal/state/local)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Administer benefits enrollments and deductions (401k, health insurance)
- Prepare payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Conduct internal payroll audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Support year-end processes (W-2s, 1099s)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and MO payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
