Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments
- Collaborate with leadership to develop financial models and projections
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for operational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics
- CMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred
