Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients covering investments, retirement, estate planning, and risk management
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive financial guidance
- Exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding client base through strategic networking
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment products to maintain compliance and provide optimal advice
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences across banking, lending, and wealth management services
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and generate performance reports
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- Valid Series 7, Series 66, and state securities licenses (required within 90 days if not currently held)
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or client-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios
- Expertise in investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management principles
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney) and CRM systems
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and compliance adherence
