Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using ERP systems
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Expert knowledge of Excel with VLOOKUP/PivotTable skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting SLAs in high-volume environments
