Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret evolving federal/state regulations (e.g., BSA, AML, FinCEN)
- Conduct internal audits and compliance risk assessments
- Develop/update compliance policies and procedures
- Train staff on regulatory requirements and best practices
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with legal and senior leadership on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in finance
- Strong knowledge of banking/financial regulations
- Professional certification (CRCM, CAMS, or CCEP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and compliance software
