Responsibilities
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks for customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service.
- Maintain precise cash drawers and balance daily transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance transfers, and new account openings.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell our suite of banking products and services.
- Adhere to all bank security protocols, compliance regulations, and internal policies.
- Keep the branch lobby and teller area organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior banking experience is required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
