Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Oversee bookkeeping software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Collaborate with CPA for audit preparation
- Support clients with financial analysis and insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- QuickBooks Online certification (a plus)
