The Role
You will be the backbone of our accounting department, handling a diverse portfolio of client accounts with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple entities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper classification of financial data.
- Assist with year-end tax preparations and financial audits.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or CPA preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
