Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Resolve account inquiries and discrepancies while maintaining strict confidentiality standards
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to compliance protocols
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and night deposits

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
