Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and promoting bank products/services
- Maintain strict adherence to cash handling procedures and regulatory compliance
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while identifying discrepancies
- Assist with new account openings and cross-selling financial products
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth branch operations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities
- Basic proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
