Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Resolve account discrepancies and investigate transaction errors
- Present bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily reconciliation reports
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist customers with ATM and online banking inquiries
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations (FDIC, BSA)
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office Suite
- Must pass background check and credit verification
