Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide accurate account information and resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services
- Balance cash drawers and transaction reports daily to maintain 100% accuracy
- Cross-sell bank products/services based on customer needs and financial goals
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols at all times
- Maintain clean and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and banking software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid New York State driver's license or state ID
