As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial integrity and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure all local and federal tax compliance requirements are met.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reporting to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
