Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for diverse client portfolios
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) for transaction processing
- Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance with GAAP and IRS requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or corporate settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions
- Proven experience with financial reporting and variance analysis
