Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate documentation
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budget forecasting and financial planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Sage 100 a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile complex accounts and identify discrepancies
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with immediate start date required
