Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and tax documentation
- Develop financial reports and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax preparations
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting
