Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Oversee time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies with HR and department heads
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and external auditors
- Implement and optimize payroll software integrations
- Lead year-end reconciliation and W-2 processing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now or Ceridian certification preferred
- Expertise in FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
