Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person transactions, digital banking support, and personalized financial guidance
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign currency exchanges, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations (BANK SECrecy Act, anti-money laundering protocols)
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Contribute to branch performance metrics through customer satisfaction scores and referral targets
- Train junior staff on advanced transaction processing systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of cash handling experience in a regulated financial institution
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in customer-facing roles
- Advanced proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume transaction environments
- Strong knowledge of banking compliance regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, ECOA)
- Ability to maintain composure during peak hours while delivering premium service
