Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 99.8% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products (CDs, loans, investment accounts)
- Resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Conduct daily cash management and ATM replenishment operations
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles and update CRM systems with precision
- Train new tellers on advanced fraud detection techniques
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial banking experience with proven sales track record
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Reg E, Reg CC, and BSA/AML regulations
- Proficiency in Fiserv Core Systems and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities demonstrated through case study assessments
- Valid Virginia Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 30 days
