Responsibilities
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Build client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve complex account issues and disputes
- Cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures
- Contribute to branch revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of cash handling experience
- Proven track record in sales (financial services preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 6/63 or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Advanced knowledge of banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Fluent Spanish (written/spoken)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
