Responsibilities
- Process high-volume financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships with 50+ daily customers through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve complex account inquiries and disputes using problem-solving frameworks
- Actively cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations and AML protocols
- Balance cash drawers and vaults daily with zero discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in sales with measurable cross-sell metrics
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Expertise in core banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- BS in Finance or Business Administration required
