Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust by providing personalized financial guidance to clients
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Utilize digital banking tools to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential financial information securely
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Associates degree in Finance/Business preferred
- Notary public certification a plus
